Excellent place with free wi-fi in rooms, a bar/lounge area, and express check-in. The staff even helped me with the best local taxi tip during my first stay. Highly recommend for an enjoyable city break!

We stayed in the Large Family Room, which was clean and spacious, accommodating the whole family comfortably. The beds were super cozy, and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Blackpool. The warm welcome we received from the owners made our stay even more enjoyable.

Welcoming vibe for families

Immaculately presented rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds made for a restful stay. The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk to the central area, with convenient parking options nearby. Fresh milk and bottled water were provided, adding a nice touch. Only downside was the lack of breakfast on-site, although a café next door serves delicious options.

The double room was spotless and nicely presented, featuring an en suite shower that felt modern and comfortable. Its location allowed us to reach central attractions in about five minutes, which made evening walks convenient.

Parking proved challenging, with tight street options and active wardens enforcing the rules. The family room was cramped, leaving little space to maneuver. I found the bed too close to the chest of drawers, leading to my son bumping his head while sleeping. A single small bottle of milk for our family of five wasn't sufficient, and the lack of room service during our two-night stay felt limiting.

staying at hawthorn house was a fantastic experience. lisa and wayne made us feel so welcomed and at home. our double room was cozy and well-maintained. it’s just 5 minutes from the central pier, which was super convenient for exploring. plus, the pool table and bar kept our kids entertained, adding to the fun!
